Model Release

I hereby give permission to GLENN SHUCK PHOTOGRAPHY to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.

This contract serves as a model release giving the photographer the irrevocable right to use the photographs from your sessions in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. This release is valid for sessions occurring within one year from the start date below. Images from these sessions are valid for use on a permanent basis. The Photographer can grant use of the images to third parties and all compensation for use and credit for the images remain the property of the photographer.

The signatory below waives any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s), finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), or the use to which it may be applied, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection herewith (except when the social media option below is selected). This release is binding on the signatory, their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns.
